Gloria has more than 25 years of professional sales & marketing in a variety of fields, including business insurance, advertising, and consumer products. She has always believed that total integrity, combined with knowledge, dedication, and persistence, are the keys to success in any pursuit. She brings these values with her to her Real Estate business.
In July 2003 Gloria joined Kahala Associates as a full time Agent, after having gone throught the experience of purchasing her own home and deciding this was what she wanted to do. In 2005, only her second full year in the business she was among the top 5% of Oahu Agents, and has maintained that standing every year since then.
Always eager to maintain and improve her knowledge and skills, Gloria has obtained the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations. Most recently she has been awarded the CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) designation, and the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation which is indicative of the highest level of committment to her industry and is held by less than 4% of Realtors, nationwide. In 2010 she again raised the bar and obtained her Hawaii Real Estate Broker License. She has been nominated for the Aloha Aina award nearly every year by her clients in appreciation for her exceptional service. |
